  • Why the songs out of my radio station is a preview only?

    Due to Batanga's current agreements with music labels, distributors and copyrights agencies, we can only play the 30 seconds preview version of a song when you listen to it "on-demand."
  • I forgot my password

    Hi Batanguer@, If you forgot your password, you can get it using our "Forgot password?" feature, in our log in page: http://www.batanga.com/en/ Please enter the email address you used when you registered to Batanga.com. Your password will be sent to that email address.
  • Can I download music?

    Hi Batanguer@, Batanga offers you free internet radio, with unique features so you can create your very own radio stations. However, it is not possible to download music from Batanga directly, but, if you click on the "buy" button that is located next to each song, throughout Batanga, you will be redirected to iTunes where you will be able to get the music you want.   • I can’t listen if I am outside of USA, Mexico or Latin America?

    Hey Batanguer@, As of right now, Batanga Radio is available to the United States, Mexico, Latin America (minus Brazil,) and Spain only. It is not available outside of these regions because of the licensing agreements we currently have with record labels and distributors. However, we are working so Batanga Radio may be available in other countries, in the future. Have a great day and thanks for being a Batanguer@.

It's free! Download the Batanga Radio App for Android, if you have an Android phone, from the Android Market. It's also free! Download the Batanga Radio App for BlackBerry from BlackBerry App World.   • I can’t listen to music

    Hi Batanguer@, If you are not able to listen to Batanga Radio, we kindly suggest that you check the audio controls in your computer, as many times the "mute" feature is on and we do not realize this. You can also check if that your speakers are properly connected and turned on; and you can also check this by playing music you have already stored in your computer and see if you are able to listen. timer Does the timer start in the player? If not, please try reloading the page using the F5 key or Ctrl+R on your keyboard. Remember, also, that you need Flash Player in order to listen to Batanga Radio.   • Batanga Radio now on your iPad

    FAQ: Batanga Radio now in  your iPad Hi Batanguer@, Now you can listen to Batanga Radio in your iPad! To install the app just go to the iTunes Store and perform a search with the word Batanga, then select the Batanga Radio App with iPad version included and you're done. Remember it's FREE! Or you can click here to go to the online iTunes App Store. With the Batanga Radio app for iPad you can view your stations and your songs like never before! You can also listen to a 30 seconds preview of that particular song that you are not so sure to add to your station, without having to close your station! The music will resume after the 30-sec preview has ended. And the music does not stop! If you are listening to your favorite Batanga Radio station and you go to your home screen or if you want to see a slideshow of your photos (to give you an example), the music will not stop, it will keep playing in the background!
